Stress-related illnesses, such as burnout, among physicians are receiving increased attention. This investigation designed to study the job stress in Sepah employers. Methods. One hundred and sixty four six workers were selected randomly from Sepah in Tehran. The job stress Questionnaire and “Spio’s job satisfaction questionnaire” were given to participants and asked them to complete them. The data collected was analyzed by descriptive statistics and correlation coefficient of two variables. Results. The results demonstrate there is a significant relation between job stress and family stress and total stress.
